I could not have asked for a smoother replacement of my old computer! After being told I needed a new one I felt intimidated and totally full of resistance. But I talked to Rick about it and now 2 days later I'm typing on my new Mac Book Air without even having left home! Yesterday he came and picked up my old one, along with my hard drive, and today he brought me the new one with all the data transferred and finished setting it up...at a very reasonable price! I still can't believed my good fortune!

You got a great printer for me very quickly. You helped with Zoom and power point. Lack of time prevented us from doing more. I got into my meeting,but lost the Zoom icon. i will work on it. I also need to work on power point. Thanks for your help.
