Did the Big Sur update on my 2017 mac. It worked for a couple days then got locked out. My password didn't work. Researched some things and tried to fix it but nothing worked. Called Rick and he had me bring my mac over that day. He was quick to pinpoint the problem and fix it. He is reasonably priced and has vast knowledge of mac. I would highly recommend him.
