Had a very slow running MacPro after "I" downloaded some Virus protection. Had been reminded by Rick that I do not need to have any downloaded protection. Rick showed up and did his 'hockus pockus' and fixed me up. Next great step is for me to look into a new computer due to mine is very old. Will play with mine for awhile then make the big leap. I am hoping that my computer hold up and last for awhile. I also hope Rick hangs in there too. Great service with a great guy. Stick with what you know is a good motto.

Rick always comes to help me with complicated computer problems. He is an Apple specialist. I definitely recommend him to others for professional assistance. He always seems to know neat features I had never tried..I’ve enjoyed many computer tasks that come in handy.

He was prompt in coming to the house and assessing the memory problem on the MAC. Deleted unnecessary files and got the computer up and running again.
