Another bonus after my upgrade from Standard HD to Solid State on my iMac and finding my passwords for Spectrum/Charter and Microsoft: My Wi Fi (Spectrum/Charter) now works. I spend an hour on Saturday mornings visiting with my son in Oregon. After 30 minutes the picture either froze or went blurry, message connection had failed. We now enjoy a whole hour with great reception. Thank you again Rick.

Had a very slow running MacPro after "I" downloaded some Virus protection. Had been reminded by Rick that I do not need to have any downloaded protection. Rick showed up and did his 'hockus pockus' and fixed me up. Next great step is for me to look into a new computer due to mine is very old. Will play with mine for awhile then make the big leap. I am hoping that my computer hold up and last for awhile. I also hope Rick hangs in there too. Great service with a great guy. Stick with what you know is a good motto.
