Rick did an excellent job. I needed to transfer information from my very old computer to my newest computer and hadn't done it because I was nervous for many reasons. Rick diagnosed the problem (failing 2 TB internal drive), rescued all my data, installed a new 2 TB SSD drive, reinstalled all the data and have my iMac back in only three days. Now, THAT is service. From this point on, Rick is my go-to guy for any Mac problems that I might encounter.
