My wife and I have 3 MACs. Being elderly and in the middle of the covid-19 outbreak we do not go out much and are very dependent on access to the internet. Last week we had a power outage and when it was restored we could not access the internet. Apple was of no help. I called Rick at MacServices and within an hour he came to our house, and diagnosed the problem.
