Rick has been maintaining my various Macs for 20+ years now. And, as always, he was quick to respond to my need for help. We communicated by email, then phone, then he came out personally to check on things. That led to taking the CPU to his shop where he worked his magic. He then returned the CPU to me, set it up and demonstrated the new system, etc. All this was done within just a couple of days so my downtime was minimal. Rick spent considerable time on the phone with me helping me trouble shoot a computer issue my daughter was experiencing out of town. He was patient, flexible and willing to assist her remotely.
