As always, good communication, great service. Down time minimal. Rick is extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. He's been keeping my Macs in perfect working order for 20+ years now. I'm also happy with the off-site backup service and the remote access feature.

As always, you helped me select the level of computer I needed- we got it ordered. You picked it up- and with my old(9.5 + yrs old) "tower" at your office- you transferred and updated everything.
