Rick arrived on time after giving me an ETA. He assessed the situation and designed a MESH system with an Orbi set up. This cured a problem with sufficient wireless service in the second storey far corner of the house. He worked fast, diligently and efficiently. Happy to say. PROBLEM SOLVED

Rick Wilson and Mac Services have been supporting Armitage Images for well over a decade. If I have an issue, he always responds back promptly from my texts, voicemails or emails. I like that he can work on my computer remotely--and if he cannot, we make an appointment. If he is running late he always texts me with when he will arrive. I so appreciate the prompt communication. Rick has always supplied me any new equipment; helped me w/ orders; and assisted w/ installation. And the cost is very reasonable.
