Mack made the home buying process incredibly easy and straight forward. He was always able to answer any questions and always made himself available despite my long work hours. He made the experience so easy we were ready to close over a month before settlement. We were always informed through each step and process. I couldn't imagine buying a home with anyone more helpful.

I was a first time home buyer moving to a new area. I ended up purchasing a foreclosed property which was a hassle (due to the bank) but Mack helped keep things moving smoothly and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I had quite a few! He walked me through the different options I had with different types of loans and what pros/cons each could provide. Mackenzie truly cared about every part of the home buying process down to the penny. He was always more than happy to call and talk about any questions I had, no matter how trivial. He did everything in his power to lower the amount I had to pay in the end. Even with the fluctuating mortgage rates, Mackenzie locked in my rates before they spiked and always had my best interest in mind throughout the entire process.

Mack was fantastic! When I began my search I was working with a mortgage rep that my cousin had recommended, but my realtor wanted me to at least compare, so he sent me to Mack. His service and communication was incredible. He answered all of my calls and questions. I truly got his full attention and efforts. He gave me his honest opinion at every turn and made the over all experience fun and exciting. My girlfriend and I purchased our house last summer. Mack walked us through the entire process and made everything much, much easier. He found the perfect loan to accommodate our needs and budget. Not only showing the utmost professionalism, but was constantly in contact with us explaining thoroughly every step and requirement. *Update* Mackenzie once again was money when purchasing my new home and selling my old one. Just as with my refi last year, Mack was there every step of the way. Wouldn‚Äôt waste my time talking to anyone else. Mackenzie was incredibly helpful when I refinanced my home last year.
