Mack had great communication and was always available. He explained the mortgage process thoroughly. If things didn't go as planned, he would see to it personally that they were addressed. Closing was a breeze and we are very happy. I'd recommend Mack for any real estate loan!

Mack was recommended to me and I could not be more privileged to work with him. I was a first time home buyer with no idea of where to begin. He eased any anxiety I had by throughly explaining the process. We both have busy work schedules, however Mack would still take time to frequently check in to see how I was making out and if I needed anymore assistance. He works evenings and weekends. My wife and I were looking to get out of our rental and start a family away from the city. Mack made the process of getting a mortgage MUCH easier than I could have hoped for. He made sure we were steps ahead of the process so that there would be no set-backs. Mack was our loan originator during our home search process. Mack asked lots of questions, but he was thorough and our underwriting review went very smoothly because of this. Mack is very intelligent and has years of experience in the real estate industry. He was very patient and answered what seemed like hundreds of questions I had for him. Mack made the home buying process incredibly easy and straight forward. He was always able to answer any questions and always made himself available despite my long work hours. He made the experience so easy we were ready to close over a month before settlement. We were always informed through each step and process. I was a first time home buyer moving to a new area. I ended up purchasing a foreclosed property which was a hassle (due to the bank) but Mack helped keep things moving smoothly and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I had quite a few! He walked me through the different options I had with different types of loans and what pros/cons each could provide. Mackenzie truly cared about every part of the home buying process down to the penny. He was always more than happy to call and talk about any questions I had, no matter how trivial. He did everything in his power to lower the amount I had to pay in the end. Even with the fluctuating mortgage rates, Mackenzie locked in my rates before they spiked and always had my best interest in mind throughout the entire process.
