The house purchasing process can be extreamly overwhelming to say the least, especially for a "twenty something year old" doing it by herself. Mack assisted me every step of the way. I came to mack when searching for the best rate. Gave him my info and he informed me I was unable to get approved. (I was lied to by another company) Mall worked with me and advised me on what I needed to do with my credit. And then worked with me for the next year as I searched house after house!
