Mack was wonderful throughout the entire process. He provided several different solutions to problems we encountered during the purchase. He always communicated clearly and in a timely manner given the timeline. I would definitely use his services again .

Mack was great throughout the whole process of buying my first home. He made sure I understood everything and always had me informed. Closing happened in just 3 short weeks and Mack got everything done for me quickly and efficiently. I wold recommend him to anyone!

Mack was referred to me by my agent. When we began working with our agent we already were in talks with another loan officer. Months into the process we realized we made a grave mistake. Two weeks before our closing date and our loan officer was still asking for extremely relevant documentation (student loans) and told us it was our fault we weren't able to move forward (which it was not). Mack was incredible to work with - he was available around the clock, personable, and completely dedicated to his work and clients. We couldn't have asked for a better person to be by our side during the stressful time that is "getting a mortgage". Mack was there step by step day or evening. He provide guidance and a through explanation of all of our options and obstacles. He checked in when needed and followed-up once the process was complete. My husband and I had the pleasure working with Mack this past year. We started the process in December, and Mack was with us from day 1. The house purchasing process can be extreamly overwhelming to say the least, especially for a "twenty something year old" doing it by herself. Mack assisted me every step of the way. We chatted about what number I would feel comfortable paying monthly for a mortgage and we went from there! I was looking at 4-6 houses a week and would have Mack run the numbers for me.
