I got set up with Mack from my real estate agent and could not have been happier. he went above and beyond, constantly watching the market to ensure I get the best possible rate at lowest cost. Mack was in contact with me at all hours, no matter if it was the weekend or not. One time he took my call on a friday night while in the drive thru ordering Chic-fil-a. I came to mack when searching for the best rate. Gave him my info and he informed me I was unable to get approved. (I was lied to by another company) Mall worked with me and advised me on what I needed to do with my credit. And then worked with me for the next year as I searched house after house! Mack was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. After dealing with a couple other mortgage people, I am really happy that we ended up going through Mack. He made every step of the (confusing) process easy for me to understand and was always available to answer any of my questions at any time (day, night, weekends).
