I came to mack when searching for the best rate. Gave him my info and he informed me I was unable to get approved. (I was lied to by another company) Mall worked with me and advised me on what I needed to do with my credit. And then worked with me for the next year as I searched house after house! To sum up my overall First-Time home buying experience and being that my first purchase was a huge success. Great experience! I decided to go with Mack for my mortgage after first guy was hesitant to work with us on a specific program. Mack didn‚Äôt hesitate to get down to business he‚Äôs proactive, organized doesn‚Äôt waste time and very efficient. The whole experience was smooth and effortless.

Mack was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. After dealing with a couple other mortgage people, I am really happy that we ended up going through Mack. Mack had great communication and was always available. He explained the mortgage process thoroughly. If things didn't go as planned, he would see to it personally that they were addressed. Closing was a breeze and we are very happy. I'd recommend Mack for any real estate loan!
