Mack was always available and made an tremendous effort to keep in touch with me during this process, which was something I truly appreciated. We were referred to Mack by our realtor. Right from the beginning Mack was extremely helpful and explained everything needed to complete the process. We really liked the fact that we went to his office rather than doing it all via phone or computer. Mack continually kept in touch and updated us as things progressed. I got Mack out of pure luck and I couldn't of found a better person to help me along the way. I had zero experience with buying a house and anticipated the worst. Mack proved me wrong and was a million times more helpful than I could of asked for.

Mack was wonderful throughout the entire process. He provided several different solutions to problems we encountered during the purchase. He always communicated clearly and in a timely manner given the timeline. I would definitely use his services again .

Mack was referred to me by my agent. When we began working with our agent we already were in talks with another loan officer. Months into the process we realized we made a grave mistake. Two weeks before our closing date and our loan officer was still asking for extremely relevant documentation (student loans) and told us it was our fault we weren't able to move forward (which it was not).
