This was my second time to this salon. I think its important to note- this ISNT completely full service. Meaning- they color your hair and rinse it out- other than that you are on your own (blow drying, styling) BUT THE PRICE REFLECTS THAT. So anyone that scores it low may be expecting a full service salon. I got what I paid for-and it looks and feels great. Wow after being a Madison Reed member going on 2 years I got the pleasure of having Loki cover my roots for the first time and my hair turned out absolutely AMAZING! I have very stubborn baby gray hairs all around my hairline and it takes a color expiry extraordinaire to be able to get them and he did just that! It was an alright experience. They have good natural dye and everything goes quickly afterwards because you dry and style your own hair. But I did have to wait like 30 minuets after I checked in after my appointment time.

usually I'm pretty happy with my service. this time there was hair dye all over my forehead and the person who washed my hair didn't even bother to try removing it. I also had an issue checking out and had to stay an extra 30 minutes while the manager straightened it out! you cannot call them directly, have to go through corporate customer service with ridiculous wait times. they could use some improvements.
