This Madison Reed salon is amazing, I have been going there since they opened doors. I have never had an unpleasant visit. All the stylists are very professional, they truly listen to their clients likes and dislikes of their hair. They are not pushy to sell unnecessary services or products. Chelsea and Venus are my regular stylists and my hair is healthy despite going every 2-3 weeks to get my roots touched up. The colorists at Madison Reed in Old Orchard consistently go above and beyond to ensure I feel confident and good about my hair. While I've been pleased with the same color for a while, I generally get a blowout too -- not a short process for my thick, coarse and curly long hair -- and the staff there regularly do a great job.

Been getting my roots done and am a member of their club. I tried having a balayage done at another location. I wasn't happy and tried contacting the corporate office with no response. Today Charlotte was able to make it better. I appreciated the staff and time to assist me.
