This place was amazing!! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I sat down right away. Staff was extremely friendly! They were so easy to talk to. The employees wanted to do exactly what I do when I color my hair at home! I felt bad when the employee that washed my hair, she had to deal with all of my knots but she took the time to take the knots out before I went to the drying station! Wouldn't go back but the person who did my hair was nice just didn't get what I wanted done and I wanted roots done with blonde and my roots are still dark after $150. But it's okay!

My instore experience was not great as compared to previous purchases. I was told when I entered someone would be with me shortly. No one was even though there were at least three employees is the store. I finally had to say I could no longer wait and was leaving. The sales associates reply was " I told you someone would be with you shortly". I explained to her her that shortly had come and gone and I had to go. I have been using Madison Reed hair color at home for a few months and I wanted to try the color bar to see if there was any improvement from coloring myself at home. It started off great, the stylist did a good job with the color. I went to get shampooed and it was very relaxing with a nice head massage. I went to the blow dry bar to dry my hair before leaving and I noticed a ton of color on the sides of my cheeks and forehead. Booked a service for roots, gloss and blowout. I am also a limitless pro member or whatever that means. I get there and the stylist didn't even know if I was a member or not. And I had to tell her and she didn't believe me till she went and checked. And then she said she would do a toner. Kept telling me and confirming I was getting a blowout. Had a great experience with my colorist but then it went downhill with Jantin. We were making friendly small talk about how she lives near by in Niles. I asked if she liked it there and she said "it used to be a nice place but now it's dangerous. there are black people"

The worst hair experience of my life!!!! I called and made an appointment and told them what I wanted. Then I get there and they say they don't have time to do that. Then they act like it was my fault. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Save your money and go anywhere else.

they took 5 hours of bad service, first of all said they could not do a dark shade over my blonde hair , took customers in between me and at my appointment time, my hair came out blonder than what I came in with and roots were showing and took up 5 hours of my wedding day, never again and all my friends will not go again very disappointed and was over charged for a beginner doing my hair.
