Yes that's the top of my head and the tips. Looks like to different people right? I asked for a shade lighter to match My natural highlights and that I didn't want the bottom lightened and that I wanted a v pattern balayage. Instead I got hard lines and stripes with orange blonde and purple hair. I had to have it toned twice and instead of paying attention to what the hair actually needed from top to bottom it went ahead and decided they were going to try and correct the brassiness at the top with an ash toner and it's still... read more

Terrible experience. My hair ended up 3 different colors- one being red which I specifically said I didn't want to end up with any red but only caramel highlights. I have yet to be able to contact a human at the salon to even see if they'll fix it which they probably won't ($250 down the drain). And then on top of it the lady who gave me the shampoo severely injured my neck. I walked I for a consultation and was told if I wait they could do my color. It got busy and they forgot I was waiting until I saw others being helped and it was past my appointment time. Ok. They took me right away. My biggest issue is that I specifically said I wanted a neutral tone to my color, i.e. no warmth. I was told what would be done. Scheduled for roots to be dyed and blow dry (they charge $30 extra for blow dry which i think is absurd) anyways.. After they shampooed me the girl said here's your drying station, I was confused bc i scheduled for them to blow dry me. She went and looked and told me sorry we don't have anyone who can blow dry you. Colorist was ok but a i had a very sub par experience, shampoo girl was rude to me and left dye in my hair!!

My mom went here and they left dye in her hair. Charge extra $30 to blow dry your hair
