It was amazing . My colorist was knowledgeable, kind and very professional. He picked the perfect color and did a fantastic job. He always made sure I was comfortable and kept asking if I was ok after the application , and repeatedly asked if the water temperature was right while washing my hair. I will always get my hair color done at the Sunnyvale color bar. Thank you !

The touch up was thorough. Was not happy about the wash.. lots of colour was left at the nape of my neck and ears. It was not cleaned. After wash , while towel drying I noticed and asked for help. While applying colour also the stylist should take more care. Thankyou. Definitely a happy customer otherwise!

It's wonderfully convenient and what it lacks in full salon experience was made up with affordability. Now the cost is $90 + tip ends up at salon prices for roots so will probably find a place that is consistently good and I can get cut etc too. Some colorists are very good and some are learning on the job. It especially matters if you have highlights and you can't book a specific person.

I came back to this location and specified that I wanted a female stylist only, so that I wouldn't have to accidentally deal with Angel again. Unfortunately they ignored my appointment notes and scheduled me with a male stylist and so I was put in to an incredibly uncomfortable and awkward situation where I had to ask him in person that they switch me to someone else. Not sure why there is negative reviews. I have been to this location twice already and both times it's been a great experience! My colorist was quick, efficient and very attentive. After my first visit I even decided to sign up for the membership!

Easy to book online. Easy location to get to. I didn't need a consultation as I picked the color online as well. My appointment started on time and Krupa was my colorist. Very good she was quick with the color and good at updating me on how much longer for my wash. All in all very good experience would come again. Only issue was that parking lot! Craziness on a Saturday.
