Yes! Yes! And yes! 1st time client and I am so impressed. I had been going to a salon and heard about this place from a friend of mine. I was definitely nervous- but everyone was so friendly and my hair looks incredible. 10/10. Couldn't be happier

The only reason I am giving this place a three star is because of the fantastic customer service I received. Other than that, I am very, utterly dissatisfied with my hair. I have extensions and I wanted to match, I showed a picture and on top of that I had my extensions on to the color I want matched. The roots were not supposed to be this dark. THEY ARE HELLA dark, I do not like it, it was more of a dark ashy blond, but that was not what I got. On top of that I got highlights, and it was supposed to be ashy as well, and it ... read more

KC was my colorist and I'm so grateful! She is no nonsense, listens attentively, acknowledges my concerns, and so kind. The best colorists!! KC did a full head of highlights and it looks amazing. I have been going here for almost 4 years and highly recommend it. Had great experiences at the Brentwood and Westlake salons as well.

We all know what a drama it is to find 'your people' for all your regular personal 'maintenance' care. I went back today after a year and had a wonderful experience- staff was super friendly and helpful, sat & chatted with super nice customers next to me which was great. Someone offered me a drink and brought me tea options nicely presented. My colorist was super knowledgeable giving all my options and I loved her vibe& attitude . Jasmine rinsed my hair carefully, no water drip on my back this time yay! And gave me the best scalp massage. I blow dried my hair myself and checkout fast. Fantastic experience today overall.

Best color and highlights I have ever had at any price! I'm 77 years old and I went in with 2 inches of gray roots. Came out with exactly what I wanted, brown roots and golden highlights.

I've been here a handful of times now and loving it. I was familiar with the brand and thrilled to know they now have salons for color. It could not be easier to make an appointment, get my roots touched up or a whole head of color applied. It inspired me to go red and a year of ombré highlights on my long, medium brown hair.
