It was my first time at Madison Reed. It was the best experience ever! I had Crystal she's in Woodland Hills and she did an amazing job on my hair. I had a full weave and she picked colors. That were absolutely perfect. She's a gem.

I am very happy with Madison Reed service I tri many hair dressers all over the world Paris Italy Sweden Saud Arabia Egypt and many in the US and it is always a challenge to get my hai color the way I like especially from the first time.. Was a first time customer and was immediately greeted and I felt that this visit was going in the right direction. But to my surprise, it ended up being just average. They asked if I wanted a glass of water and then after 10 minutes I still hadn't gotten it. Then another lady asked me if I wanted water and thankfully, she brought it to me. On my first visit I noticed the salon was dirty. Mirrors looked like they had not been cleaned in some time, bathroom was dirty. Walls looked like they needed to be painted... However, they did a good job on my color and were very sweet. This week I decided to go back and they canceled me twice ( days apart) because their air conditioning is out, all week --ouch. Not their fault, but...maintenance seems an issue here.

Jennifer is so very talented, I can't stop looking at the beautiful highlights she did for me and have gotten so many compliments since she did my hair. Not only is she extremely talented, but Jennifer also has an incredible work ethic and she really likes her clients; she makes you feel both seen and heard. I want to be very specific with whom I am praising. Jennifer is the only one with an accurate mastership regarding highlighting I ever had the honor of having my hair done. She matched my hair color to the most intricate extensions. I only go to Jenifer for my hair. I have seen Jenny at my worst-case hair drama, and she took her time to make me feel beautiful and heard every time she cared so much about me and all her clients and delivered realistic results. I love getting my hair colored and shampooed at Madison Reed. Having my hair shampooed is one of the most indulgent thing I can do for myself. It feels as if I have been transported to a luxurious spa when I'm being shampooed by Page, a shampoo expert in the Woodland Hills salon.
