Was able to get a same day appointment and was seen to quickly- no waiting. My hair was assessed and photographed - I was asked what I was looking for and the colorist went back to mix the color. Product was cool and non irritating and didn't smell bad at all. No fumes or itchiness. 35 minutes later I was shampooed and conditioned and left to dry my hair with some suggested product. I am hooray with the color and the service and will be back!

I love Madison Reed and highly recommend it. I love how quick they are, and how much they pay attention to detail. They are meticulous when applying the color and every shampoo I've had has been the most productive shampoo I've ever had after color. I love that I can walk out with wet hair and be on my way, or I can stay and blow-dry myself if I wish.

This was my first time going to a Madison Reed salon, I have use the products at home in the past. My problem is I'm not very patient applying color, I have a hard time getting the back of my hair and I have a lot of grays that pops out in a blink of an eye. I'm 57 years old and I needed products that wouldn't dry out my hair and don't have harsh products.The ladies were very nice and the colorist gave great suggestions for coloring my extremely stubborn grays and to blend my color better. I love coming to visit Madison Reed! Anitra is a wonderful stylist and does an amazing job managing this location as well. You will always be greated with a friendly welcome. The services are a great value. I am a root bar member. I often visit twice a month. The entire staff is warm and friendly.

I had been using Madison Reed through the pandemic to cover up my gray roots.I miss having highlights so I liked the stylist who did my hair and used her for my new highlights. Sherri in Woodland Hills, CA did a fantastic job. I had used box colors sometimes during the pandemic so it made it trickier to do. She did a great job and I love it! Her name is Sherri
