Still very happy here and wanted to take the time to give a shoutout to Paige. She always checks-in on me if they are running behind and provides excellent service. I feel like the entire team is talented and I am happy I joined the membership. It is a great value.

Everyone was super nice! Very good at what they do!! Jennifer colored my hair, love my color! And JB washed and dried my hair! Amazing skills!! I will be coming back here! And also gonna tell everyone to come here!!

This is a wonderful salon that is woman-owned and uses more natural ingredients. All of the colorists are friendly and engaging, and I particularly enjoy how they offer coffee and teas while you wait for your color to set. I am also a pro plus member so I can get my roots done as often as I want with the monthly fee. I want to highlight Paige as someone who is always welcoming, professional, and does a stunning blow out. Live this Madison Reed location! Everyone is always do nice and they take the extra care to get my color just right. This weekend Paige did a fantastic job with my color and shampoo. Highly recommend!!

Paige was my colorist today and she was spot on with color. She also was kind and helpful. My hair looks awesome and I enjoyed my time in the salon !

I've been here a few times and my experience both times was great. The employees are very friendly and welcoming. Paige was my colorist and she did an amazing job at making me feel beautiful. I will continue to keep coming back. I also love the products they use.

I have signed up on the limitless pro+ membership. I love the convenience of having my grey roots colored as often as I would like at a salon. Vanessa took care of my roots and gave me an amazing scalp massage while washing my hair. You have the option of self-dry with no charge and their styling products and tools are made available for your use. They do offer blowouts. Friendly staff, highly recommended.
