Shout out to the Chula Vista- Otay Ranch mall branch. I bought 2 colors from them 2 weeks ago and kept it without looking at it. today when I was about to color my hair, boxes were empty, I was not sure what happened but I can't blame Madison as I did not check it. I went to the store and was about to buy another color and told them about my empty boxes. They replaced it without any hesitation. I was really surprised with their kindness! Thanks a million! Awesome customer service!

Yasmin did an excellent job. I came in as a walk in. Although her schedule was full, she squeezed me in and LOVE how it turned out. She worked that salon like a boss. Great customer service and would come back to Yasmine again.

I got my roots done with Yazmin. She was amazing, great energy and very nice. It was my first time checking out Madison Reed. I just got my roots done and did my own dry, they had everything sanitized and product I needed to dry my hair. 10/10 will do this again
