I am very pleased with my color service! Kelsey did an amazing job of understanding exactly what I wanted and did such a fabulous job! The salon is very relaxing and I enjoyed a nice cup of tea while my color processed. The shampoo chairs are much more comfortable than many others I have been in. I look forward to coming in again!

Great service. Friendly staff. I sign up for the unlimited services for root touch up. Im glad that they take walk in is a plus since my schedule is a mess. And have an option to blow dry your hair on your own if you don't want to pay extra for that service.

I came in very keen to get my hair done. The first time I walked in was during the market. And I came in because there was someone in there passing out a flyer. I believe her name was America? I'm not sure, but she was a really nice lady and she explained to me the whole process of the salon and what their salon means. As well as what makes their salon unique from others. I had been seeing a lot of ads for Madison Reed and decided to try it out. There is a location 5 minutes from me so why not. I am so glad I booked an appointment because I AM IN LOVE! Not only was it relaxing and my tech engaged in great conversation as well but she was very attentive to my needs and I appreciated her recommendations. Needless to say I signed up for a membership since my roots grow out quickly it is convenient for me. I highly recommend this place.

Kelsey is great at what she does - a great consultant and colorist. She listens and she performs with excellent result. I wish the rest of the staff smiles more. I guess they are actually busy considering just newly open for 3 months.

This review is for Yesenia. She is so great at what she does. She's consultative, knowledgeable, and professional and she's extremely nice and makes you feel comfortable and leaving gorgeous. I had a 10:30 AM appointment for an all-over color with balayage, and my stylist never showed up. Another stylist looked at my hair and immediately said she wasn't sure there was enough time and that I had "a lot going on." It felt dismissive and like she didn't want to work with my hair type. I've had the same exact service at a different location, so I didn't see why it was such an issue, especially if they offer the services to book online! not going back to the one in otay ranch. after doing my toner, i saw in the mirror that hair dye stained my face. they couldn't admit it happened. they said it was a burn on my face. i didn't do anything to my face earlier in the day. going to other madison reed stores. used to be one of the places i would go all the time for highlights and not worth coming back with the bad customer service.
