Aside from my hair color being amazing, once again the personal service at this Fairfax Color Bar is top notch. During a prior visit to this Madison Reed shop, I was having ankle issues and could not stand. The staff on their own initiative, set up a chair complete with everything I needed to self style my hair, without me asking, and I was very grateful. I've been a Madison Reed customer for a while now, and unfortunately my experience has been very inconsistent. The service is truly hit or miss. On multiple occasions, I've had to come back because the color didn't properly take to my roots. That alone is frustrating and time-consuming, especially when you're paying for a service that should be done right the first time. Major kudos to Meagan! I am a regular customer and after a fall, I'm having difficulty walking and standing, after mentioning this to Meagan she went out of her way to set up a chair with the mirror so that I could sit and blow dry my hair complete with everything I needed to blow dry my hair. By the time I got over to the seat with the mirror, Meagan had laid out on a towel, brushes, blow dryer, and clips more than I had even mentioned that I needed in order to blow dry my hair. When I colored my own hair, I always wondered if I missed a spot. So when I stumbled upon Madison Reed it was a no brainer! I've been twice and have had a great experience. My hair looks a lot better than when I would color it.

I had a great experience with the staff at this Madison Reed location. They were super friendly and did am awesome job on my hair. I got a root touch-up and accent highlights and it looks so good! I really like the option to dry my own hair. I noticed that some of the reviews on here complain about that, but I feel like it's a perk. I am never doing anything special after hair appointments (usually going to the gym or going home to my teenagers) so it's such a time and money saver for me. I am a very satisfied customer with the Madison Reed Hair Color Bar at the Fairfax Corner Virginia location. Olivia has been helping me several times now with root touchups.
