HORRIBLE ~ I wish I had read previous review as I concur with VERY juvenile, uncaring & shockingly inexperienced customer service. As usual only one customer was there drying their hair. When I entered and sat in a chair by the register. When a staff did come up to me, I was greeted with being asked to leave. On my initial visit, my colorist never applied anything to help keep the dye from seeping into my skin... the color was nice, but I wasn't happy. I was so annoyed and frustrated trying to get the dye off of my face that I didn't even bother drying my hair- it was winter. At the register, the colorist didn't seem to notice and just smiled and thanked me. Today was my second visit to just get my roots done.
