Hello Beautiful.... That is their tagline or what you will see on the walls and products. In my first review I stated how my scheduled appointment was cancelled and I was very disappointed. Madison Reed reached out to me after my review and asked if they could help make an appointment for me. That said I have gone back to Madison Reed and completed my visit. Marisela was awesome! Her expertise and patience with hair is so appreciated. Madison is lucky to have her. It's hard to find a great hairstylist, and she never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. My hair turned out great, loved it! Thank you, Marisela!

it was a very pleasurable experience. I had roots and highlights done. t The stylist was very pleasant and did a great job on my highlights. I've gotten great compliments on my hair. She was the one who washed my hair and did a nice job. she asked multiple times if I was comfortable with the temperature of the water. afterward, she showed me all the tools necessary to finish drying my hair. I discovered MR products during the pandemic....i liked that they had a very thorough process for matching your hair just right online and it was super easy to apply. When i saw that there was an actual salon near me, i was so glad. I really like that they offer a membership as someone who has very stubborn grays and can benefit from hair treatment more than once a month; it's very reasonable and convenient. Really glad I tried this place out...the not-so-great reviews nearly scared me off, but I had a wonderful experience! I've done a combo of self coloring and salon coloring since I was a teenager but this was my first time at this salon. I went in with outgrown foil highlights from another salon and some botched highlights close to the root that I had attempted myself, so I was uncertain if they would be able to work with the mess I had made! I specifically stated I wanted overall color and did not want a two-tone look. But that was exactly what I got. I have had good experiences with this color bar in the past, but this week was a total bust. Also, I was on-time, and the colorist was still eating lunch ten minutes after my appointment. She did not start working until 23 minutes after my appointment. If I had been that late, I would have been cancelled and charged. I really wanted to love this. I've been using their products for several years now at home but the entire time I was there, they kept trying to sell me the membership. I was there for two hours and all I got was a root touchup which is far too long. I can do that at home for an hour while multitasking! I also had to spend 10 minutes cleaning the dye off my face and neck!

I've been coming here for years to get my roots done and the last several times they have SUCKED!! Like literally do my hairline/midline and kick you out. For $100 the entire head should be covered when you go in for a root color. I had to go back for this very reason and the lady that took care of me had such an attitude because I didn't go back in right away. 6/2/25 Can't get a hold of anyone live to answer my questions, the AI lady is useless. Still made an appointment for a root color.
