I walked in and 2 girls looked busy working on customers doing color. I just wanted to see about possibly matching a color because my stylist moved... but I didn't want to bother people because they already had their hands full with multiple customers. I don't understand how this place is a store/salon but there's no Receptionist upfront to help. Very odd.

I have to change my earlier positive review as it has been six months of incessant calling to book a second appt with cassie who I was very satisfied with. Finally, someone from corporate scheduled it even tho it is "against policy" to request a specific hairdresser evidently. But the appt was cancelled by store due to sickness and I haven't been able to rebook since with her. No on answers the phone! No one will help you be a return customer. Terrible business plan.

This place is not good unless you want your hair ruined by a color tech who does not know what she is doing. this was my first time at Madison-Reed so i did not have a preference for who would be coloring my hair. I was given Jasmine. I originally just wanted some highlights around my face. She kept pushing for me to color my roots. I regretfully agreed. I now feel like she did not know how to correctly choose a color based on my old highlights, so she did an allover color. I had the color on my hair for about 45 minute... read more

Not very helpful. I walked in not knowing anything and there were two girls working with customers. As I walked around patiently waiting for some sort of acknowledgment like a " hey there, be with you shortly " I looked at the products and then after about almost ten minutes walked right out. Won't be going back.
