I had a HORRIBLE experience at the Pembroke Pines store. There was only one person in there and he was busy coloring someones hair. So he ignored me. Then he finally finished, and another woman came in to get hair color, and he told me I'd have to wait until he put the color on her hair. And all I went in there for was to purchase 2 kits of Bologna!!! I told him all I wanted to do was pay for the two kits...so he finally took my money. Horrible people. Was running 15 min late after I drove An hour as I'm a member based in NYC and they refused to take me after I even offered to pay for my blowout I scheduled without even doing it. I asked to be on a waitlist and he just flat out refused- he was on his high horse and they were so rude about it and the woman that works there that my hair looks like shit and I'm a horrible mom etc. I can't believe people can be so disgusting

I've been using Madison Reed for a couple of years now and love their products, so I was excited that the color bar has come near me and I could have someone else apply my color. Sadly, the colorist decided to go a different route than my usual umbria light brown and colored my hair red (without discussing it with me first)-I look like I washed my hair in cranberry juice:/
