I'm so happy that I checked out Madison Reed. The staff are friendly and I like the relaxed vibe. It's only been open since December so everything is still nice and new. I got a color touch up, gloss and blow dry. I'm joining their color club so I can always look good. For $60/month, you get your hair colored as often as you like. Both the colorist and the assistant were amazing! I'm thrilled that this location is close to work. It's in Pembroke Gardens so you can shop or eat while here. Love the new color. Sabrina was fantastic and explained the ash was more of what I was looking for to gradually go darker and stay away from orange or red tones. I absolutely love the results. Everyone there who has worked on me is fantastic! So glad I got the membership as this a great benefit as well as keeps me committed to having my hair taken care of in a timely manner!

The staff at Madison Reed Color Bar SAVED my hair's life! I am a natural brunette who dyes her hair near platinum blonde. My hair has a bad tendency of going very yellow even in spite of using purple shampoo! I arrived at Madison Reed with hair that was in desperate need of help. 2nd time was NOT a charm. Even though my first time here was a bit disappointing because I missed a dinner date because their time specified for the service is not correct I must say the first time was MUCH BETTER for my hair. When going here make sure you have about 2.5 hours free if you're getting the blow dry included w/ your regular service. Loved the color bar! Everyone was friendly, the salon is gorgeous and Jessie did a great job w my roots(3N ravenna brown). I've been doing the color kit at home for about a year but Jessie gave me the best experience w reaching that impossible back part of the hair! We vibed right away he's super friendly and fun. Love the color bar and I'll be back!

1000% recommend Nichelle! I came here for a Yelp Elite event. Nichelle was amazing! I told her what I wanted and she did exactly that! I already had highlights but wanted to go lighter for the summer. The Place was clean and the staff was professional and friendly. They know exactly what they're doing Color is their specialty. I was a little nervous trying a new salon, but since I am new to the neighborhood I was glad to found Madison Reed! Overall the salon is very clean and bright! The staff greeted me immediately and sat me down. When it was my turn, they were knowledgable about the color and styles that would fit my style and what I was looking for. Upon entering, customers can browse product displays or use interactive touch screen to help choose the right hair shade based on your hair and color preference. I am trying this new salon. They have an interesting catching concept, a hair bar. It sounds cool. I called and made the appointment. When you call. You are not calling that particular salon. You are actually calling a calling center. They then send me an email with my confirmation date. An email followed with a waiver for me to sign and safety tips.
