I went to get my hair done and ended up with my roots one color and the ends a totally different shade. It looks like two separate dye jobs! Completely uneven and unprofessional. This is not what I asked for at all. I'm so frustrated and disappointed -- now I have to spend more money somewhere else just to fix it. Would not recommend.

I left with damaged stained hair. If you're looking for a quick in and out salon that doesn't properly take care of you, and doesn't have mirrors at the stations for you to look at yourself in, this is the place for you. I have blonde bleached hair and I came in to get my roots darkened because they weren't matching the blonde I have on my hair. Not well organized.Extremely bad lighting not able to see hair color results. Not planning on going back .

Very bad experience, they damaged my jacket, I spoke to the manager and as if nothing had happened, they charged me the same and had zero apologies.

Went there for an appointment and was told they would be with me in about 10-15 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes I told them I needed to leave and asked not be charged for canceling. They said wait while we get the person you were scheduled with. She said I'm done now and can take you now, but it was too little too late. They should have communicated that it would be more than 10-15 minutes or had someone else that was not busy take me. Customer service was very disappointing.

I initially had my appointment with Madison Reed at Merrick Park and had this appointment for weeks set up until I received a call 2 days before my appointment. I called and then was told Madison Reed in Pembroke Gardens had tons of openings so I made the 30 minute commute because well, i had no choice last minute... This location and experience was quite frankly one of the worst experiences and I can assure you I have had my fair share of visiting hair salons and getting my hair blow dried. First and last time. Terrible. The coloring tech was fine, but the washer spent the whole time telling me how I needed to buy their products because my hair was terrible and did not bother to detangle my curly hair while the conditioner was on. As a result I was unable style my hair. They made zero effort to correct the situation. The worse salon experience of my life.

I have been going to the Pembroke Pines location for 17 root services already. Everyone working there has been really nice and have done a good job covering my grey hair. Today, the new manager treated me with disrespect, had cero customer service skills and left me with color marks all over my face. I have been trying to reach out customer service (3 times) and it has been impossible to get a hold of someone. I'm disappointed and frustrated.

I would not recommend this place to anyone who needs their colored because i wanted blonde highlights and they made my roots orange. It looked awful. My hair is now permanently orange even after another session of trying to go dark.
