I was super nervous to try a hairstylist that I wasn't familiar with. When I filled out everything online the process was super easy and user friendly. I advised on the scheduling tool that I have super thick and natural hair because some stylist do not specialize in styling African American hair so I wanted them to be prepared. From the moment I made the appointment until I left the salon everyone was polite professional and great to work with! I only had one issue which I did not notice until a day or two later they were a couple of spots that were not properly colored. I did not call the salon to advice the representative who had helped me I'd rather go speak to them in person unfortunately my free time is very limited and I have not had the opportunity to go back since.

Had my color done in early december and i LOVED it. Im def going back. Their products smell amazing! The guy that did my color was very nice as well.

I loved the way my hair looked and felt when I left the salon. The only reason I am rating a 4 is because they were late to start me. It was right before the holidays, it I am a be prompt freak. Technically, they really know what they are doing.

I had my hair colored yesterday at the salon. It is beautiful and my hair turned out great. I'm really happy with the color and the job that Felix did. He is very knowledgeable about getting the exact color. He is also very nice. It is a beautiful salon and my hair turned out great. They actually just opened. It is a comfortable place to be. So weird.. when you call it's an AI assistant. Then when they do transfer you out it's with some random Indian guy name Daniel who isn't a stylist. Just books your appointment.
