I am trying this new salon. They have an interesting catching concept, a hair bar. It sounds cool. I called and made the appointment. When you call. You are not calling that particular salon. You are actually calling a calling center. They then send me an email with my confirmation date. An email followed with a waiver for me to sign and safety tips. I was super nervous to try a hairstylist that I wasn't familiar with. When I filled out everything online the process was super easy and user friendly. I advised on the scheduling tool that I have super thick and natural hair because some stylist do not specialize in styling African American hair so I wanted them to be prepared. From the moment I made the appointment until I left the salon everyone was polite professional and great to work with! I only had one issue which I did not notice until a day or two later they were a couple of spots that were not properly colored. I did not call the salon to advice the representative who had helped me I'd rather go speak to them in person unfortunately my free time is very limited and I have not had the opportunity to go back since.

I loved the way my hair looked and felt when I left the salon. The only reason I am rating a 4 is because they were late to start me. It was right before the holidays, it I am a be prompt freak. Technically, they really know what they are doing.
