I just came back from my first appt with Brian(I believe), and I couldn't be more pleased by the experience. I was suffered from significant hair loss before I switched over to Madison Reed, and now I am thrilled that I can get the service with the product that I love!! Brian was helpful, kind and also very knowledgeable with hair coloring. I am brunette with about 20% of gray. I highly recommend this place!

Loving my new color. I went into Madison for help with coloring. My previous color was disastrous. They helped me picked out a shade that will cover up my mistake (it looked pink!) and the result was very nice.

As a big fan of the pop-in, get something done quickly, and leave biz model (heyyyy Drybar!), I would've never thought it would have been possible with hair dye. Madison Reed is definitely changing the game. I haven't dyed my hair in five or more years for a number of reasons. Mostly, I was traumatized from how damaged my hair got from constant bleaching/dying/lightening previously that I didn't want to risk it again. Let's just say I am no longer a hair dye virgin! Thank you Yelp for this first experience with coloring my hair. I am no longer curious and I left with aspirations for my hair. I have jet black hair. So I know realistically, it cannot be shades lighter if I do not bleach it. With that said, I am glad my hair colorist was honest with me. I wanted red hair. As someone who is lazy with hair, I'm beyond thrilled to have a Madison Reed location close to home. Service was impeccable, from the minute I walked in! I felt very safe especially during this time. My temperature was taken upon entry. Everything was nicely spaced out and sanitized. Jennifer took amazing care of me. She spent time asking me what I was looking for. Really pleased with the coloring done at Madison Reed. Jennifer spent time discussing what I was looking for, and her coloring was perfect. I did the roots & gloss treatment. My roots were blended into my existing hair color very well, and the gloss gave me good shine. I have been doing my roots myself during the pandemic, so this was a treat. I was very pleased.
