I'm blonde but now I'm brassy orange. The hairdresser tried to fix it with a toner but it didn't really help

Well.... Despite showing the colorist pictures of the light copper tone I asked for, I left looking like Ronald McDonal. with the added bonus of the colorists telling me it was my fault. NEVER EVER going back.

Worst customer service ever! First I asked for recommendation for hair color her name is Dee she kept saying nothing will look good on me so then I decided to pick a random color and then when she started to dye my hair literally she started pulling on it to the point it was hurting. I asked her politely not to pull hair and be gentle. After coloring my hair I put timer on my phone Dee decided to disappear in the back room. She didn't even had a courtesy to check or put a timer. After returning to have my color corrected (due to their mess up,) and STILL having color issues I was told, "we don't have time to fix your color, so you can take this gloss and fix it at home." In all the decades I have had my hair colored at salons, I have NEVER been told "we don't have time to fix your hair" nor "do it yourself." Upon returning to the color bar for a 2nd color correction, I was told that the remedy that they gave me wouldn't have worked. Good thing I didn't try remedying the problem on my own! This was not a good experience for me. I arrived early and started late. I was told the expected time and made another appointment to get a hair cut following my expected time. The person's math was wrong and then rushed my experience after I pointed out it would make me late for my next appointment. Madison Reed claims to provide expedited service, but need to train employees on providing correct service. The final color left grey in my hair which was my number one ask. I'm not going to post my contact info here. You can try to find me from the record at the salon with 12pm appointment. BTW, I cancel the appointment after I waited for 30 min because your website does not allow me to make another appointment otherwise. Did not have any opening on that day. I have to wait until next weekend. You are not "saddened", I am. You are sorry for your poor customer service.

I went in for blond highlights today and after 4 hours and $125, they destroyed my hair. The stylist didn't know how to do highlights, and not only did she not cover the probably 20 gray hairs on my hair, she did not match the highlights to the highlights that were already in my hair, so it looks like some kind of weird leopard pattern. They were overbooked, so she left the toner on my hair and the highlights came out silver. The WORST EVER experience !!!! I could not believe this happened. Worst experience of my life. I booked my appt thru the app 1 week before the appt. Get a text saying they can not accommodate my blowout just hair color literally 30 mins before the appt. Canceled half the service because they said they got overbooked after I already booked. If I could give this place a ZERO that would be more accurate. I arrived for my appointment on time , sat in a chair & spoke about what I was looking to do. I had made an appointment for root service . We went through the standard questions & the lady went to mix the color. I felt like she took her time with the application which is why I went there in the first place.
