Really pleased with the coloring done at Madison Reed. Jennifer spent time discussing what I was looking for, and her coloring was perfect. I did the roots & gloss treatment. My roots were blended into my existing hair color very well, and the gloss gave me good shine. I have been doing my roots myself during the pandemic, so this was a treat. I was very pleased. To say I was terrified to get my hair dyed for the first time was an understatement. I even received the nickname "Nervous Nelly" while waiting to see the final results. Madison Reed was a special indulgence for me. It was great to not only get some nice "girl time" as my stylist called it- chatting with her but to give myself a little extra TLC as the cold, wet dark months approach ahead. Overall the experience was nice. I have really long hair and it was in dire need for some treatment. I decided to go with the complimentary all over color, courtesy of the Yelp elite promotion, from root to ends, since my hair was getting brassy at the ends due to a lot of sun exposure. I had an excellent experience here, courtesy of the Yelp Elite program! I was able to be part of a promotion where I got a free color, shampoo, and blowout. The experience overall was fantastic. I've been curious about Madison Reed at home products but never purchased online because I wasn't quite sure how well they'd work. So I was glad to be able to try the Color Reviving Gloss in Amaretto. I had balayage 3 months ago and the color had faded. The colorist saw me on time and efficiently applied the gloss all over. Got my hair colored 2 weeks ago. Love the atmosphere and the service I received. Jimmy explained the different services that was available at the salon. He also recommend the color that was most comparable to my existing color. My hair looks so healthy and looking forward to my next visit.

It pains me to write this because the staff truly was so sweet but I came in wanting a brown/caramel balayage and I got this. Uneven, chunky orange highlights.. Thankfully I went to another salon to get it fixed but truly I cried when I got home. They were nice enough to give me a $108 back from the $180 we payed so that's something but if you want highlights or anything similiar do not come here..

A star because the stylist who did my hair was nice. Otherwise, I am shocked how BADLY my hair turned out.
