I was in the mall and have heard good things about this restaurant and decided to give it a try. It is big with indoor and outdoor seating and a huge bar area. My first dish of Salmon wasn't cooked. It came back and wasn't cooked the second time. The manager was awesome!!!He replaced my dinner with an excellent salad he made himself and didn't charge me for it!! The salad was fresh and I'll go back and have it again!! I ate it the next day as well. Waitress was pleasant and did excellent considering how busy they were. One side note, improve that spinach dip. Came here for happy hour and really enjoyed the ambiance! The drinks were good and I enjoyed the electric ones with the cool cube. We shared some of the happy food and the potstickers were OK. The sliders and fries were decent sized and was enough for dinner! For only 8$ it was a good deal to me. The service was good, I liked that he made sure to come back before 7 to see if we wanted anything before happy hour ended.

Great menu and good food. The family liked the egg roll sampler .. I had a burger and they had the steak poutine. I'm not sure I'm willing to call it poutine... but they really enjoyed it.

Ordered the Cajun Jambalaya, it was good, but I found an elbow macaroni in the bowl?? My beer arrived way to late. Th3 waitress forgot to order it. My friend had the lobster bisque he sent it back, unbeatable. The chicken salad was just ok. After pointing out the issues to the waitress she got annoyed. We spoke to the manager after getting bill. The soup that was returned was supposed to be taken off the bill. It was not. Again the waitress displayed annoyance and indifference. We left no tip. The ambiance was ok.

Sadly, this is another restaurant we've had to remove from our regular rotation. We used to eat here once or twice a week, but the last visit ended it for us. I asked for salad dressing on the side, yet the salad arrived completely drenched. When I mentioned it to the bartender, all I got was a quick apology, no offer to replace it or fix the issue. Went there with my granddaughter Only to be told something wasn't available after 15 minutes. Wanted to charge me for the adult portion of it and wouldn't downsize it to be kids. Different wasn't a lot of money not customer service oriented will never go

The food and service is nothing special. The menu seems like a rebranded "The Cheesecake Factory" menu. The food portions are massive, but the food isn't the best. There are better places to try that might have smaller portions and better food quality in Boca!

The two stars are for the excellent service and clean environment. I ordered a seafood paella that came in mush bowl of seafood and no rice or zafron. Half of the clam shells were empty with no clams in it. I had to scoop them out to get to the actual food. We ordered a rum cake that did not have not one drop of rum in it. The food quality was poor and the price was too high.
