This places has gone down hill. Had dinner last night - music was blasting loud, appetizer came cold, my dinner came cold. It's overpriced and not high quality food or service. Our waitress had the personality of a door knob. When I told her my food was cold, she just looked at me, said nothing, did not even apologize. Couldn't wait to get out of there! A waste of $100! Will never go back!

Rare burger ordered, well done one delivered. When replacement came, same side of fries ,ice cold. Replacement fries promised, still waiting for them. Fajitas, sad rendition of the dish. Place empty, now I see why.

The service here was really bad. We had to ask 3x for lemon. We asked another server and she was so rude and completely disregard for us. Really bad service. The drink took for ever and it was just wine and a beer.

liked the ambience, however, due to my experience, I won't be back. Sat at the bar, which was not too busy. Three barmaids/waitresses/servers attending the bar. Waited 10 minutes for two of them to finish their conversation before finally one took my drink order. I ordered a mixed drink, which took about another 10 minutes. Didn't ask if I wanted a lime or not. Didn't want a lime and it arrived with a lime. No worries I took the lime out. you still don't get my point it was on a menu given to me and I believe I should've been given the price that was on the menu not my fault that you changed the menu and didn't take it off your menu if I go to a grocery store and an item is rang up incorrectly, but the sign has a different price. I am given the price on the sign. I don't understand why your company doesn't understand that it was three dollars that we're talking about and you had the opportunity to make it right bad customer service

Ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad off the kids menu. They told me they no longer have it however they gave me a menu. They said it was an old menu and they wouldn't honor the price to take a small Caesar salad salad and add chicken spoke to the manager and she said no also, I will not eat here anymore and I recommend.
Upon arrival, our party of three adults and two children found the establishment to be relatively empty. We were seated promptly and awaited the arrival of our server. The water and menu were presented, with the latter being notably extensive. We promptly placed orders for the children's meals and our own. Physically lovely, enormous menu, excellent food, BUT THE HELP AND MANAGEMENT DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! The wait people don't understand the menu, the kitchen doesn't read or pay attention to the menu, and the management can't straighten it all out. It is a shame because it should be excellent but it is not. We will not go back.

Very nice ambiance and buildout. Very large menu. Food quality is not good. Restaurant too big and menu too big does not allow for them to execute the dishes well.
