Food was horrible, party of four. First person got their meal 15 minutes before the rest of our party. Rest of meals came out several minutes apart. By the time the last meal came out, it was totally undercooked and wrong sides. Food was cold and unappetizing! Service was lacking, waited on drink refills. We asked for a manager and had to wait for a manager. Will never go back!

Service was slow, food was under seasoned, huge disappointment for my daughter's birthday. We were really excited to try something new but this was not it! The ambiance was the only thing this restaurant had going for it:(

Bad Chicken Marsala. Two small pieces of chicken surrounded by noodles dripping (ugh) in marsala sauce with some mushrooms. Complained and they gave me plain oodles which I mixed with a little sauce. Waiter did not inform me on weekends lunchneon $18.99 menu (which I looked at online and again briefly at restaurant) was not available, andI was charged the Saturday $23.99 price. Second time there and waited at least 10 min each time for a server to come. Food took quite awhile to come out...cuban sandwich and tuna melt today were average. Server never came back to give us our food bag, so called over manager to pay check and get a bag. We won't be back even tho I love the ambiance.

The restaurant is beautiful and the staff was really nice but the food was mediocre at best. The three of us had sandwiches mine was burnt and cold, and all of us had cold fries with our meals. I'll give them one more try to make sure it wasn't a one off but so far not impressed

Rude manager. The hostess was trying to find a table to our liking and the manager just came over and rudely interrupted her and in a very condescending manner told us to either take the high booth or seat outside no other options, after she already had found a table. We walked out, obviously he didn't need our busines.
If I could give a negative star, I would. The server started off pretty good took our order, with no issues. But he sure did not make us feel very welcome at all, me, my mother, and my four children. We all ordered drinks appetizers, as well as entrées. When the appetizers came to the table, we had no plates. We didn't even have silverware for enough of us. Grabbed lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. The look of the bar and TV's was inviting (football games were broadcast) so figured to give it a try. Hats off to the staff, everyone was friendly and did their best to answer questions we had about the "local" theme throughout the beer and local investment for the menu. Gave this place another chance and was disappointed. Our server did a horrible job , really asked my husband was he serious about the soda he asked for . Not only that but food was bad bar food big portions and bland I will not be coming back .
