Sadly, this is another restaurant we've had to remove from our regular rotation. We used to eat here once or twice a week, but the last visit ended it for us. I asked for salad dressing on the side, yet the salad arrived completely drenched. When I mentioned it to the bartender, all I got was a quick apology, no offer to replace it or fix the issue. Went there with my granddaughter Only to be told something wasn't available after 15 minutes. Wanted to charge me for the adult portion of it and wouldn't downsize it to be kids. Different wasn't a lot of money not customer service oriented will never go

The food and service is nothing special. The menu seems like a rebranded "The Cheesecake Factory" menu. The food portions are massive, but the food isn't the best. There are better places to try that might have smaller portions and better food quality in Boca!

The two stars are for the excellent service and clean environment. I ordered a seafood paella that came in mush bowl of seafood and no rice or zafron. Half of the clam shells were empty with no clams in it. I had to scoop them out to get to the actual food. We ordered a rum cake that did not have not one drop of rum in it. The food quality was poor and the price was too high.

We had a really nice, attentive server but the food was very underwhelming. The warm pretzel came out very hot and tasty, which had me hopeful. I liked the creamy mustard, which was surprisingly thick. I thought it might've been the beer cheese sauce at first. The cheese sauce, on the other hand, was almost as thin as water. The flavor was fine, very light, but it wasn't worth it with the mustard as the much better option. food was average but service was very slow , they dropped off the food and never came back to see what we needed no water refill or soda refill but fast with the check

Had lunch on Saturday and it took an hour before our entrees were served. The manager came over and said because one of the five of us ordered an appetizer, the restaurant held back cooking our entrees until the appetizer was served. Since the appetizer was served and finished over 30 minutes before, we suggested they forgot our food and asked to just cook it. Answer: some meals are already done and others still cooking. Asked what time happy hour was till, and made the reservation for an hour before hh was over. We arrived at reservation time and were told patio was not included in happy hour. We were seated instead at a high-top in the noisier indoors. Ordered off hh menu but were all charged regular price for the bar bites and alcohol. Sat at the table and the waiter never showed up. 6 other waiters passed, flagged 1 down to be told the other one will come but nothing. We told management and just left. Other tables whom came in after us were served, seated right next to us on 3 different sides. Absolutely ridiculous.
