Had the misfortune of dining here last night. Horrible experience from the start. I arrived at 4:45 for a 5:00 reservation. They said they didn't have a reservation for us. There were going to be 12 of us. We all finally got seated and waited for our server. Our server finally came to take our order. He took everyone's order but left these giant menus with us. Me and my mother went there last night the ambiance was good but the food was so meh we started off with the spinach artichoke dip which was it was you can't really mess that up flavor wise which was put in a bread bowl cute gimmick but it absorbed half the bowl and it was already a small bread bowl we could maybe get a couple chips out of it so not worth it then the food we order the orange chicken and the fish and chips the orange chicken I mean it wasn't disgusting but there wasn't enough sauce and it was kinda dry the fl... read more

I was so excited to finally try Maggie McFly's. My boyfriend took me here to celebrate me getting a new job, so I even dressed up for the occasion. A friend had recommended this restaurant, and I was genuinely looking forward to a fun night out. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The good- Booth was comfortable and actually clean- I hate when a restaurant has dirty tables/chairs/booths. Server came right away and he was pleasant/attentive My kids enjoyed their food- cheese pizza and lobster grilled cheese. Atmosphere was great and the service was good. The menu is huge, kind of like Cheesecake Factory. The food was a big letdown. I ordered the lobster roll and fries, and it tasted like it had been microwaved. I'm 99% sure it was microwaved. The "lobster"was tough and dry, and the fries were cold. (I'm also not convinced it was real lobster.) The food needs major improvement.

I've been here a few times and I know shat to expect. The food is OK. I come here because my daughter likes it. I would not normally leave a review but my meal today was a joke. I ordered the Lobster Roll and what I got was a brioche bun with overcooked Crab. It was not lobster - it was crab legs and it was stringy. I ordered a LOBSTER roll for $36 - if you were out of lobstet than say something - we're not idiots.

We had a reservation and arrived on time. After bringing us water, our waiter ignored us for 1/2 hour. I finally went to the hostess to ask her to tell the waiter to take our order. Our meals came in a decent amount of time. Mine was very good. My husband had the Lemon Chicken with broccoli. The chicken was overcooked and the broccoli undercooked. I tried to make a reservation for 7 people and the manager told me that they would not accept reservations for more than 6. Although they would offer priority seating. I guess they would rather pass up the revenue.

Went last night and it was terrible. Ordered the barbacoa tacos and what I got were taco shells filed with tiny bits of fatty meat topped with a little salsa and a mountain of cilantro.
