Went last night and it was terrible. Ordered the barbacoa tacos and what I got were taco shells filed with tiny bits of fatty meat topped with a little salsa and a mountain of cilantro. I told the server and he asked if I'd like anything else instead. I ordered the chicken fajitas and it was...not sure how to describe it..a platter that was more boiling than sizzling as it was very watery, almost like a soup. BLT Hamburger with the Truffle Fries. The burger was good but truffle fries tasked like metal. Our server told us the fries are supposed to taste like that. Our server brought regular fries upon us asking for non truffle fries. I couldn't enjoy my burger due to my rancid smelling fries that the server did not take the initiative to remove from my plate.

Initially, this was our inaugural visit to this establishment, and regrettably, it will also be our final one. Allow me to elucidate. We ordered a child's hotdog, and the accompanying fries seemed to have been under the heat lamp for an extended period. They were lukewarm, rather than piping hot. Ordered the Cajun Jambalaya, it was good, but I found an elbow macaroni in the bowl?? My beer arrived way to late. Th3 waitress forgot to order it. My friend had the lobster bisque he sent it back, unbeatable. The chicken salad was just ok. After pointing out the issues to the waitress she got annoyed. We spoke to the manager after getting bill. The soup that was returned was supposed to be taken off the bill. It was not. Again the waitress displayed annoyance and indifference. We left no tip. The ambiance was ok.

Sadly, this is another restaurant we've had to remove from our regular rotation. We used to eat here once or twice a week, but the last visit ended it for us. I asked for salad dressing on the side, yet the salad arrived completely drenched. When I mentioned it to the bartender, all I got was a quick apology, no offer to replace it or fix the issue. Went there with my granddaughter Only to be told something wasn't available after 15 minutes. Wanted to charge me for the adult portion of it and wouldn't downsize it to be kids. Different wasn't a lot of money not customer service oriented will never go

The food and service is nothing special. The menu seems like a rebranded "The Cheesecake Factory" menu. The food portions are massive, but the food isn't the best. There are better places to try that might have smaller portions and better food quality in Boca!

The two stars are for the excellent service and clean environment. I ordered a seafood paella that came in mush bowl of seafood and no rice or zafron. Half of the clam shells were empty with no clams in it. I had to scoop them out to get to the actual food. We ordered a rum cake that did not have not one drop of rum in it. The food quality was poor and the price was too high.

We had a really nice, attentive server but the food was very underwhelming. The warm pretzel came out very hot and tasty, which had me hopeful. I liked the creamy mustard, which was surprisingly thick. I thought it might've been the beer cheese sauce at first. The cheese sauce, on the other hand, was almost as thin as water. The flavor was fine, very light, but it wasn't worth it with the mustard as the much better option.
