The restaurant has been on my radar for awhile as it is convenient to get into at the mall. My friend and I went for lunch at noon. We were seated in a comfortable booth. The hostess took our drink order, which was unusual. We told her we were ready to order and she said no problem. My friend ordered the shepherds pie and I had the chicken teriyaki bowl with lettuce. Bad service, food, don't ask for coconut shrimp!!! It's just batter! Ginger ale is bitter?! There was a dead cockroach on the floor? Our server was wonderful though.

I really wanted to like this place. I have been here 4 times and only once did I have an edible meal. The bartenders are wonderful as well as the rest of the staff. The restaurant and bar space are very nice. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. It's a shame because the restaurant is in a prime location.

Terrible experience. We couldn't wait to leave. The salmon was inedible so we ordered chicken to replace it and while it was edible it was not good. However the reason for the review was the manager who I believe is the owners son was ridiculous. He wrapped the inedible salmon for us to take home with the explanation that since we ordered the salmon he would not deduct it from the bill. Ok whatever just let me out of this restaurant !!!

Really wanted to like this place but the food was simply awful. Service at bar and at table was excellent. Servers tried hard. Food runners got things wrong multiple times. Restaurant has plenty of seating areas from outdoor patio to bar to booths. Menu is all over the place and the food that came out showed that isn't a good things. So many problems, sat at a table with all of the crap on the floor. It took over a half hour to order a bottle of wine, which was finally determined they did not have in stock. Brunch was served until 2 PM. We arrived at 1:40 told at 2:10 they were out of the wine we selected so we had to select another. First time ever coming here everything was amazing. Went there yesterday. Not even busy, the beer was flat, the gyro sandwich was too salty, the Ahi tuna wasn't cut right and wasn't seared properly, chicken nuggets were over cooked, and my Martini was watered down. Don't think I will be ever going back to give them money.

We have been dining at this restaurant for the past year once a week; however the service and food were not up to par. The salmon I ordered was not Farro Island salmon as stated on the menu, I should have been made aware of this as I would not have ordered the fish. The salmon was not good. Atmosphere was fine. Food was terrible and small proportions. I ordered the wagon cheeseburger and a shepherd's pie. Both terrible took 1 hour to receive my food and the waitress. Thought it was normal, terrible service, terrible food.
