Food was good, ambiance nice however, service was not good at all. Food was served and one drink and no one came to check how food was or if we needed another drink in over an hour! I asked the bartender not once but , twice to come over and he said ok but proceeded to walk past us and go to other side of bar and serve everyone new that came into to sit on other side. Don't even bother with this place. We arrived at 9:45 pm and were told we couldn't sit outside, had to sit at the bar, and that the kitchen was closed. The bartender took our drink orders and then came back a few minutes later to tell us the bar was also closed. When we said we thought they closed at 11:00 she said they do, but there weren't enough people in the place so they just decided to close early. Supper a few nights ago, nothing special..asked for bbq sauce, brought out ice cold ! Potato's also cold.

The location and ambiance were both great, but the food and service were just ok. The menu is so large it's overwhelming, though there is something for everyone. Our food was nothing special, just mediocre, exactly as you would expect from a giant menu. When I left, I felt sick to my stomach from the food. It also took at least 20 mins to get a beer. I think there are too many other good restaurant options at the Boca Town Center, so I won't be going back to Maggie McFlys.

We were a table of six. Every single order was wrong. The restaurant is a very pretty venue but the service was terrible and the food just so so.

I wish I could give half stars because I would give 3.5 stars. This is my second visit/review of this place. I was so excited to return to try some new things. First-the food-We ordered the egg roll sampler (great), the Crispy Shrimp salad (great), brussel sprouts (mushy-just ok), and Beef Brisket Tacos (would not order these again). I have been to the Boca Raton location 3x now, every time I go back, the food and service gets worse. If I can give this place zero stars, I would. In my last visit, I ordered a tuna melt, which was not melted, tuna cold and cheese, literally added after, it's like they forgot. The fries I asked for crispy, they came soggy. Maggie McFly's just recently opened at Boca Town Center and in the beginning we were excited to try it. We were seated quickly considering it was Friday night. However, things went downhill from there. After reaching the table, we found the service to be subpar. Our waiter was not very attentive to us and there were times we had to grab his attention. There's potential here for improvement. But at about two months old, the restaurant still hasn't gotten their "act together" and they're still working out some of the kinks -- in staffing and in the kitchen. It's located at the Boca Town Center. It's closest to Nordstroms, but we didn't know it when we came.
