I was supposed to be givin a gate cote the date of moving in, and despite calling the number within business hours I got to return phone call. I could have packed my U-Haul for nothing and wasted a bunch of money if it wasn't for a stranger that helped.

Mixed up my account with someone else’s, made me believe I was in good standings and did not notify me (the say they did many times and mailed letters) stating that I was at risk of losing my unit. Allowed me to pay two invoices including the most recent one without notifying me of my unit being auctioned off. I show up to get some of my belongings and the unit is empty. They charge you every 28 days witch means you are paying for 13 months in a year last I checked there’s only 12 months in a year so they are charging you too much this is my opinion

Unbelieveable, Make Space Storage previously All Secure, on Caribou St E Moose Jaw is aweful. They are refusing to send me a copy of our lease agreement as I haven't found it yet in all our packing boxes. Insurance is requesting a copy due to a storage unit roof leak. Had numerous problems trying to figure out how to use the app. When I was at the gate could not get it open. Had to call her to open it. Finally got a code which we used for the day. I went back a few days later punched in the same code could NOT get in. Was informed it was a different code she changed and did not tell me about. I have to deal with Makespace because my stuff is in there but honestly this whole process has been a nightmare. I will not recommend them to anyone.

makespace regina has been over charging me for 10 months I have been contacting them numerous times and I always get the same answer saying they will adjust my account. I'm still waiting.
