RecommendedVery pleased with the unit rented (10 x 15). We chose the "best value" as it is currently 50% off for the first 8 weeks. It's reasonably close to the gate, which turns out to be a non-issue at all as access is excellent throughout the facility. One little hitch: we weren't aware that we MUST download the app to open the gates. Once we downloaded and enabled Bluetooth it was seamless. Adding both of us to access was easy. RecommendedThe staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure I was happy and taken care of. The manager even opened the access to the c-can section for me on a Stat holiday so I could unload my things! Top notch service and excellent customer service!
