Hewang showed good customer service. He was very efficient. He verified if the lot was actually empty before sending us to the location. He is very friendly. The location is clean as well.

I needed a container to hold furniture while my house was being renovated so I called Make Space Storage in Carleton Place. I spoke to Jackson Ford who was able to schedule prompt delivery of a container. The day before the container was due to be delivered I realized that I would actually need 2 containers. I called Jackson again and he was able to arrange for a second container to be delivered on the same day, even though the request was very last minute.
