The overall experience was very good. The car was immaculate with clear history; Mason is friendly, fair, capable, and knowledgeable; price and value were on point. 4 out of 5 stars because of wait times, expensive paint coating, and having to return to re-sign finance paperwork (~2 hours rt). I also subsequently received multiple erroneous letters declining requests for financing. Everything else went according to expectation. I'm pleased with the car and would recommend Mason and MoG Ford.
They did great work on my car since I had to bring my car there due to my warranty. My service person was very nice and polite but I had to call for updates. I ended up having to pay for a rental car out of pocket for 2 months due to the length of time my car was waiting to get service.
Service was done on time and efficient. Mike was great and had good communication with us.
Eliot was great! He was very knowledgeable about the Bronco and answered all of my questions. The whole process couldn’t have gone any more smoothly! LOVE my Bronco!
