Service was performed in a timely manner and our service advisor was very cordial and helpful .
Firstly, special thanks to Brian, who checked my vehicle in and wrote up my ticket and kept me updated during my last visit. And special thanks to the gentleman from the repair/tech area (repair specialist/master mechanic…) who ordered new keys for me a year or so ago. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and overall provided great service. (He came from the back area where the cars are actually serviced.) Recent visit was difficult. Communication was poor and part was held up/lost. Had my car for a week and I needed it back over weekend so I had to pick it up and bring it back when part arrived following week. Time before I waited for my car to get oil change and tire rotation. Took 4 hrs. Think they need more help or to take less vehicles a day. Will give them another try though.
I get all my service done at Mall of Georgia Ford. Professional staff, service completed on time and correctly every time. I always wait and the waiting area is very comfortable. I recommend anyone looking for professional service on their vehicle theat they go to MOG Ford.

The service center has been excellent for oil changes since I’ve had the car. I do not feel that positive with the sales side of this dealership.
