Tony Owens was and has always been great to deal with. He does a fantastic job at making sure my truck is always taken care of. I live about an hr away and he's the reason I drive past 2 other ford dealers to get to these guys.

The facility was clean and seating was socially distantanced. Service was ready for my appointment but an oil change was too long taking 2 hours.

I love my car, however Im going through a hassle to get my windshield fixed. Joshua told me I had to make an appointment to have the service filled( on them) however when I call, they keep you on hold, or tell you they will give you a call right back but never do. I am also waiting on my referrals check and have yet to rector.
