I had a really bad experience with one of the service advisors, but after the bad experience I was met with the GM of Ford. He called me and handled my problems with the service I had the first time. Sterling is the service advisor manager and he was great help the second go around. Great experience Everybody was very professional making the transaction run very smoothly. The whole experience didn’t take long at all and I was surprised how fast it all went. Got a new 2020 Ford F-150 truck and with the help of salesman Derek Thornton I found the perfect truck I was looking for.
Easy purchase. They were not pushy, but I did know exactly what I wanted. Everyone I met was very nice. Dealership is set up better than most. Customer friendly not like some where it feels like a cattle sale.
