I was greeted by many people. The staff was warm and inviting. My sales lady was friendly and not pushy. LeBron, in Finance, was a breath of fresh air, explained anything that I questioned.

My new service advisor Bob Broussau has been so attentive and responsive to all of my needs. He’s a wonderful rep and as we say in the south, “a real peach”! I DO have a problem with the FORD Co in general for not honoring a repair that I’ve documented many other online people having.! I have purchased at least 12 Ford cars/ trucks and this last car has made me sad.
