The Service Dept has Great Customer Service. And I don't feel like a number there. Sterling is Amazing and Bob My Service advisor does a great job too. I would Recommend Mall of Georgia Ford Service to Anybody. And I live and drive from DAWSONVILLE just to have my car serviced. I can't say Enough about how Great of a job Sterling does. Sterling was my service advisor when I got my car. You don't find that everywhere. I thank him for the excellent customer service and caring attitude he has every time I come in.

Jordan was an absolute dream to work with. He was referred to me by my best friends and he definitely delivered. I texted Jordan regarding a new car I was interested in and he came up to the dealership on his off day to meet me and help me get into my new car.
