Bought a Mercedes from the Ford Dealer I really hate buying cars! Let's start with that! I saw a Mercedes I was interested in so asked for the "Internet Price" but it came back the same as the CarsGuru price so wondered if they may or may not take off any additional funds and how they would work if we had a trade so my husband and I ventured over to the dealership. Good experience - Not what I expected No pressure from Ramzi my salesman or the Sales Manager(Don't recall his name). Jessica Slaughter The Finance person was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Overall, a comfortable experience.
The service department is very efficient. They diagnosed my problem quickly and gave me a phone call with pricing. They were open to questions and discussion. I would recommend them.
Sales went well. After sales service is poor and lacking. Not meeting my needs of what I purchased. Need sticker labels for trailer back up asst as they did not come with my vehicle and now I am being asked to pay for them. Not cool
