Happy with 3rd purchase My family has purchased 3 vehicles from Mall of Georgia Ford (1 new, 2 used). We continue to return due to our pleasant experience. Accommodating, Friendly, Positive!!!! They went out of the way to be accommodating. My husband and I came in with our 3 kids and they took the time to play with them and color. We had been to a previous dealership that screwed us over and they were extremely polite and honest. They went above and beyond to help us find our new Family car. Bongsu and Isiah were amazing!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. They made a great team!

Good environment It was a great environment. However the lack of communication with the online application process was nonexistant. I had filled one out before coming and once I was there no one even looked at it. Other than that it was a great experience. James was amazing and super helpful.

friendly, knowledgable sales team. We did not do any online presale work except to check stock inventory.. Arrived at dealership and were promptly greeted by friendly salesman and then his sales manager.. Great deal and fantastic staff I knew which truck I wanted since I had seen it on the website.
