AMAZING Experience! Derick was absolutely the best! He made me feel so welcomed and respected when buying a car. Dully truck The service rendered at first was not customer satisfactory. I put in a complaint and it is being remedied. It has not been fully remedied due to scheduling issues. But Charlie promised a full refund of my 225 dollars spent on a tire rotation that was not fully remedied. And also pay for my scheduled appointment on July 15th for a tire rotation and a wheel alignment. Thank you Charlie for your help.

Awesome Tony was amazing from greeting me as I was driving into the service center. To explaining the work needed to be done, how long it was going to take and cost. Exceptional customer service by Tony. He even offered the free shuttle to drive me home to wait for his call that my car was ready.

Always professional and fair I would not take my Ford Fusion hybrid anywhere else for service. MOG is consistently professional and fair throughout the entire repair process. Plus, the renovated waiting area with free wifi, agels and snacks makes the time pass quickly.
